You might see a slight gain but just make sure you are eating healthy foods and watch your sodium intake. Dont make it 1800 calories of processed and fast food. :)

I do eat a lot of fiber and wheat! That plus the sodium! Sheesh! No wonder I look like kermit the frog! :noway:

I have the same problem and I hate it! I also bloat before and during my period and also when I ovulate. I think I have a high sensitivity to sodium as well. It can bloat me for a couple of days. :frown:

I would just make sure that your form is correct during the strength exercises, especially during the legs workout. The only high impact workout is Plyo so just make sure that you land softly and not pound the floor when you land. Just do your best, you dont have to try to do as many reps as they do or go as fast as they…

What types of exercise do you do if you dont mind me asking.

Im 5'2.5 and started at 152 and 1200 calories. When I reached about 137 I hit a plateau and had to up my cals to 1500. Right now Im at 131 and have it set to 1575 plus I eat back my exercise calories. I always did. I do cardio 3 days a week and strength train 2-3 days also. :smile:

I miss my bigger boobs & butt. Even though it was just fat that made them big, they were still bigger than what I have now. :ohwell:
