Hello! I just figured out my TDEE and need some suggestions on what to set my calorie goal to. When set for sedetary, my suggested calorie intake is 1322, lightly active = 1537, and moderately active = 1733. These are with a 20% decrease of my TDEE. Constantly grabbing and feeling myself?
Lol! I know it sounds funny, but throughout the day I catch myself pinching my belly, feeling my thighs and even pinching my neck just to see if I can feel any improvements! I'm just curious, does anybody else do this? Or am I the only one with a quirky, obsessive habit? :blushing:
