                I do this every night. I know what I have in my kitchen since I do all of the grocery shopping so it makes it easier. Plus you get to do adjustments such as balancing out carbs, protein, ect. It just makes the day go so much smoother. :happy:

                Weighing only 112, you obviously dont have much to lose. So losing weight will be a slower process for you. Dont expect to lose weight over night. Plus, weight fluncuates, so its better to weigh yourself once a week around the same time.

                I started at 150 and am now about 138. It is a slow process. It took me 4 months to lose those 12 lbs! Just hang in there and keep pushing through this battle. It only gets better along the way. :smile:

                I know its tough!! My son went through a stage when all he wanted ALL day was milk! He would drink cup after cup after cup and not eat ANY food!
