Day 8 down! How are people doing who are doing the shred + another cardio/exercise? I've only been taking walks on all the shred days, but my kickboxing/running class starts back Tuesday night, and I don't think I can't handle both on the same day. thinking of take Tuesdays and Thursdays(class days) off from 30 day shred.

Day 7 down, this was the hardest day for me since day 1. Totally my own fault though, since my daughter spent the night at my mom's last night, I decided to have a few glasses of rum and OJ. I'm feeling it today!!

I'm super embarrassed to do it in front of my husband. He knows me though, and finds something to do. I'm fortunate though, in that we have TV and a roku in the bedroom, so I can hide in there and do it if he won't leave the living room. My daughter is 3, and has come with me to my tues/thurs night kickboxing classes…

Sounds like fun! I've checked around town, and we don't have any dance classes besides ballet, jazz and hiphop, but we just got Kinect for the xbox, and zumba is one of the fitness choices I have for games for it.

Great thread. I actually never knew this, and started reading it here, and it makes me a little nervous to try, but so many people are behind eating your exercise calories, I'm going for it.

The trainer at my gym recommends that you weigh in every morning, and then at the end of the week average all those for what you weigh. She says if you weigh in just once a week, and happen to be retaining water that morning, or haven't used the bathroom yet ;), she has seen people get discouraged and give up. I think it…

I weigh myself every morning, but only record it a couple days a week. I like to weigh myself every morning because if I go up even an ounce or 2, I look at yesterday and see what I did. Did I eat an extra piece of chocolate? did I have to much sodium?

If anyone buys instant movies from Amazon, thats where I bought mine from. I bought just level 1 for 1.99, and will buy the next level in 10 days. I can play it in the living room on the computer, and in the bedroom on our Roku player.

I was making a scrapbook for my daughter, and realized I was refusing to use any pictures with me in it! I want her to look back and see her mommy in photos, but I was way too embarrassed to include any pictures of me.
