Congrats on the weight loss! I really only shop at thrift shops and yard sales, so my clothes aren't too expensive. I do see what you mean about the suit though, much harder to find very nice suits at yard sales and thrift stores, but sometimes not.

I burn a lot of cals doing the boxing and volleyball. Had to change the computer player to professional or expert to get a serious burn on it.

As far as feeling like it, I don't! lol, but as far as health wise, my doctor told me if its just in the head area(cold, headache, sore throat) that it was safe for me to work out. If its all over or below the head(fever, vomiting, coughing that shakes your whole body) take a rest instead.

ditto on the exercise ideas. I also recommend not to starve yourself tonight, that may cause future binging, either late night, or in the morning. Maybe eat a light dinner with lots of good things in them? Like a salad, or some yogurt and fresh fruit?
