Hey D! I didn't do any exercise to lose my weight. I just stuck with my points (Weight Watchers). I did MFP along with it sometimes and usually stayed under about 1350 calories. They say weight loss is 80% diet, so your calorie intake is the most important. Exercise is great for your health but not a necessity for weight…

I'm an Aussie living in America and sometimes it's like learning a whole new language. I am in the South too so there are even more things down here to learn! Lol

I didn't realise the gym was the place for fashion statements? Aren't we there to get sweaty? Who cares what colour socks people wear. You shouldn't be looking at other people anyway, focus on your own workout.

It can happen. They can be erratic at times. If you are worried, go to the doctor.

TAKE IT SLOW! Live with the person for a while before marrying them also. TALK A LOT. About EVERYTHING. Be on the same page as the person.

My teeth. I would love a chin implant and a neck lift. I have no chin so it always looks like I have a double chin, no matter how thin I am. Also an eye lift, I have droopy lids so you can never see eyeshadow when I wear it.

I wasn't being hard on myself. I was taught from day 1 about healthy eating, my mother is EXTREMELY healthy and has never been overweight. She is now a vegan. I have no excuse for my eating habits.

My ex treated me like crap when I gained weight. He would say and do awful things. I have never had anything said to me by a stranger. My mum never was rude but she was always at me to do something about it. She is pretty happy now!

Laziness on my part. I was raised knowing all about healthy eating and exercise. I have no excuses. Food just tastes so damn good and exercise sucks. I am not afraid of being honest.

I weigh in at Weight Watchers so I have to wear clothes  I have a Summer outfit and a Winter outfit. At the moment it's skinny jeans and a t-shirt. I wear layers that I can take off before jumping on the scale eg: jacket, boots etc

I'm an Aussie living in North Carolina. Southern Accents make me giggle a little! My hubby's is very mild in comparison to his family though. I would have to say my favourite accent is from around the Dakota's, like how they talk on Fargo! hehehe

Backgrounds? It should show up as a plain black background. I do play around with the HTML to do things like widen the columns and add widgets etc though.

Nothing, it doesn't phase me. He has a very physical job so he needs the calories and he is lean. Also he tends to eat things I don't even like so that helps!

Ok working from home would be hard with all the tempting foods! Maybe set aside all your snacks etc the night before and pre track them so you know exactly what your going to eat during the day.

Years ago when I worked in a call centre I had the same issue. Basically tied to the desk and PC. I also only had 30 minutes for lunch so I couldn't eat AND go for a walk. So I used to walk in the morning. I would get up earlier and walk for an hour. If you aren't able to do that, how about in the evening? Also make sure…

I don't think the poster meant to bash guys who play video games, but I too agree not all guys who play them are jerks. My hubby plays them and so do I.

I had a baby when I was 18 with a guy who I thought was great, but in reality was pretty much exactly what you have described your guy to be. Mine also did drugs. He broke up with me when I got pregnant and all through my pregnancy I begged and pleaded with him to come back. Then I had my son and a realisation struck me. I…

My husband snores like a freight train but it only bothers me if I am having trouble getting to sleep or if I wake up and he is doing it at that moment. He is thin so it's not a weight issue. He has really bad allergies/sinuses so I am thinking it's that. I elbow him and he moves and it "sometimes" helps. But usually it's…
