The weekends are the hardiest but I try to pick one day in which I cheat on and just use that day. I dont feel as guilty if I do one day instead of the whole weekend. Or I workout on the weekends too to make me feel less guilty. :smile:

Honestly, watching what you eat and just going for walks you can lose weight. One reason why I like this website is because I can track what I eat on a daily basis.

The easiest thinng I like to eat and can't go wrong is chicken and steam veggies. Broccoli is my favorite of course but I do need to explore other veggies.

So it sounds like to me a heavier breakfast is a better way to do it and a lighter dinner. That's going to be tough but different for me. I dont think my body could handle just having a shake.

I have the same problem with shorts so I just stick with capris or leggins. I hate being at the gym and I have to stop or pull my shorts down in the middle of all the treadmills.

I think it was a great question. The way I see it is. Anytime your doing an activity and your sweating. Your burning calories. Just make sure your sweating.
