Bone pain and muscle weakness are common symptoms. You can get liquid vitamin d (my wife got blueberry flavour) to help get your levels back up.

I don't think it has anything to do with you, but the lack of group support from MFP itself. Group activity never shows up in your feed, and isn't available on mobile.

I'm playing on PC and I gotta say the knight Enchanter class is so wonderfully broken. As a mage my favorite party so far is Blackwall (tank), Iron Bull and Sera. Iron Bull and Sera's dialogue with each other is fantastic and hilarious.

Well having a newborn hampers the gaming a little bit, but I've realized I can play games like Wasteland 2 and Shadowrun Returns with one hand so I've been plaything those lately.

It really depends on where you are currently. I find sitting on a stability ball part of the time while at the desk or at the dinner table helps engage the core. Doing plank moves is also a good start. Go for 10 seconds and see how it is, if it's easy, add 10 more, try to find a sweet spot where it's a challenge to hold…
