  • I have lost 21 pounds since March and I still have about 50-55 pounds to lose. I've been on the site since the end of May and it has been very helpful. I look forward to sharing with you in the future :-)
  • I officially weigh myself every Friday, first thing in the morning before I eat or drink anything. I don't think it really matters what day you pick, it just probably helps to keep the same day and time each week for the purpose of continuity.
