I did that too.. If the number I see don't stay for three days in a row I don't log it.. And I really want to log something desperately for the past couple months..but I don't lose anything!I don't gain too..that's a good thing I guess.. :(

MFP then apps and find fitbit.Click connect and it will transfer you to your fitbit page for approval. Done!

I was also confused about eating exercise cals or not,but I read this article and I understood that if my goal is to eat 1400cals and lose 200cals from exercise it's like I ate 1200cals. I don't want to eat that low so I eat that 200 to stay at my goal. I hope this article whould help!…

I learned how much a portion is! I used to eat two portions each time especially for pasta.. Now I weight everything..

I bought a food scale at the 2nd week ..because I was worrying about eating more than I should. It helped me understand how much is really a portion. Especially for meats..which cannot be measured in cups.. You should buy one!You'll see the difference!!
