I'm hovering at 150 but I want to bust through it and lose about 10-20 more lbs. I'm 5'8.

I usually drink it plain but sometimes honey or agave nectar.

Yes, my hubby is thin (5'5 and 130lbs) and also three inches shorter than me. I weigh about 20 lbs more than him. We are working towards getting at the same weight though. He is trying to bulk up and I am trying to slim down.

I always buy organic milk, eggs and meat. To me it is worth it, and they just taste better!

I would eat more calories a day and exercise more. When I was in college they had a gym that all students could use for free! As far as nutrition, buy some canned goods. Look for sales and coupons.

Red wine, it has health benefits so I don't feel so bad drinking it.

I have a DNA tattoo on my right hip. I don't have any pictures, but it's about two inches long. I'm a total science geek and love genetics. I got it when I was 19, and now I'm 24 and working in the genetics field as cytogenetic technologist. Planning on getting a chromosome tattoo soon!

You need to ask a doctor or a dietician. The first trimester is very critical, if you are counting calories you may not be getting all the nutrients baby needs.

I'm 5'8 153lbs and I'm borderline size 8/6. If I'm having a skinny day, I can wear size 6 :)

I lost 30 lbs in 5 months eating 1200 calories a day and not exercising. However, now is a different story. I have to eat more and exercise to lose. If I eat 1200 calories a day, my weight stays the same. 1200 calories worked for me, but its not for the long run.

I eat bread 2-3 times a week. Once I get the taste of bread in my mouth I want more, so I generally try to avoid it. It's addictive for me.

The first time I did 30DS I was sore for days. I would sit down for awhile and when I got up it hurt to straighten my legs out! I am doing it again (didn't make it through the first time) so hopefully I don't feel too bad tomorrow...although it is harder than I remember!
