Started at 180, got to my goal weight of 150 and I'm not happy. So I'm shooting for 140 now :) And maybe 130 after that. I'm 5'8.

You can die from drinking too much water, but at that point you would be pushing yourself to drink it and you would feel very sick. So hopefully you would stop before that point.

It's definitely possible. My husband and I are TTC, and I asked my personal trainer if I could still diet/exercise while pregnant! He said yes, you just can't do anything extreme especially with the diet. The gym I go to offers a pregnancy yoga class which would a great stress reliever too.

I'm the same way! I can wear a small/medium top but I wear 6/8 in jeans. It's so frustrating! All my fat sticks to my thighs and butt!

My biggest fear was when I reached my goal weight I wouldn't be happy as I thought I would...and it happened BOO :(

I had a really bad cold last month that lasted a week. It's just better to stay home and rest. Plus, I didn't want to go to the gym and get everyone else sick.

I lost 25lbs by eating clean alone, now I'm ready to incorporate some exercise in the new year and get some really great results!!!

I have them around for when I don't feel like cooking or I'm in a hurry. They have a lot of sodium.

I cut my grain servings down to 1-3 a day and I feel like my body is functioning great right now, and I'm not craving bread like I used to! I eat mostly whole grains :)

My husband and I pay $75 a month for our gym membership. Yes, there are cheaper options in our city but this gym is right in our neighborhood (a two minute drive). This made it worth it to us. They have good hours 4am-11pm which is great for my husband as he works nights.

You kinda have to learn to love it. One day about six months ago my boss offered me a cup of chai tea. It tasted horrible, I had to add sugar and milk. Since then, I drink many different teas and I rarely sweeten mine. I drink TAZO tea, it is on sale at Target all the time and I love the taste

Cutting out fiber worked for me. I think I was getting too much, so watch your fiber (especially from grains!). I also find that a nice fatty meal (example: scrambled eggs, bacon and tater tots) always gets me going!

Yes, I get that feeling on the elliptical machine! I hate it! That's one of the reasons I don't use it anymore, I switched to the treadmill.

As long as I don't sweeten it (which I rarely do), I count it as water.

I am naturally pale and people compliment me on my skin, especially in the winter. My dad had melanoma in his 30's so I am very cautious about limiting my sun exposure and wearing sunscreen. I also work in a laboratory that does genetic testing on cancer cells, I've see some bizarre and horrible things...cancer is no joke…

I haven't gained or lost in about a month. However, I have gained about 7lbs since my first wedding anniversary, which was November 5th.

I've actually never had a flu shot, I probably should get them though. I work in a children's hospital and we get them for free. I had the swine flu a couple years back and it sucked! I remember laying in bed trying to get enough energy just to take a drink of water. It was probably the sickest I've ever been.
