I carry a gallon of water with me everyday and try to finish it by the time I get home from work. I don't buy anything else to drink so if i get thirsty the only thing I have to drink is my gallon jug of water.

I always eat plain oatmeal made with unsweetend 100% regular almond milk instead of water. Add in some California golden raisins and some apple slices/chunks and it is pretty good. It's extremely healthy and you get some good carbs in the morning before a workout!!

I feel like Insanity is the best one to start with because you do not need any equipment for it. P90X you need some forms of equipment. They are both great, I have both of them. Insanity will jump start you with all the cardio workouts or you could do them both one in the morning and one in evening. What ever suits you.…

I have always heard that wokring out breaks down your immune system so if your sick you need to rest to let your immune system build back up. Thats what i have heard from trainers, fighter and in some magazines but I guess none of them are doctors so i guess the doc would be the best one to ask to be sure. It might help…
