I don't think eating meat every single day, multiple times a day, which is 98% genetically modified and contains dangerous pathogens from the way its farmed + eating processed foods + eating in chain restaurants regularly would be considered clean eating/ brag worthy. Anyone can eat clean if they want to, it isn't nice to…

Whats your height and weight and how many calories are you eating?

I'm 5'5 1/2" and 143lbs and I recently decided to manually move my daily calorie goal from what MFP set at 1200 a day to 1700 a day, an amount that leaves me satisfied so I'm not binging anymore, and still losing weight even though MFP's calculators say I won't. Do what works for your body! Once I lose more weight, maybe…

I've only purchased 1 workout DVD since starting to diet and get in shape. We have NetFlix at my house and thats really good and money saving because its pretty cheap--$16 a month to be able to get DVD's mailed to you plus instant DVD's to watch on your game system--or $8 if you just choose 1 option. They have tons of…

Oh wow, I've got to try those for sure. Thank you!

OMG Thai is my favorite food I eat it about once a week. I recommend Pad Thai--if they ask you how spicy you want it just tell them no spice, they have all different levels or not at all. Try the Pad Thai with tofu as the meat!! Thai tofu is sooo yummy. Pad Thai is probably the most popular Thai dish. Also try a vegetable…

Fish is unsustainable and Chinese is so fattening. Go for the Indian, for sure. I recommend Channa Masala--chick peas are high in fiber which your body needs to maintain muscle and get rid of flab! Also try some vegetable samosas! Delicious!

The ones who really care about you will adapt to your new preferences and still want to hang out with you while keeping in mind you need to be doing activities that you can do as well without having to go outside of the lifestyle you want now. The ones who don't really care about you and are peice of crap friends will not…

Ketosis is a rapid fat burning process where your body uses its fat stores to live off of instead of the food you're eating. I've never heard of it depleting calcium but I'm not a healthcare professional, so I am not here to tell you that it doesn't. Your body has to have used up any and all energy it has from food intake.…

Right before you binge strip down to your underwear and go weigh yourself. Then check out how fat your stomach looks. It worked last time I did it, anyway. =/

I'd be a hairdresser in an edgy salon for about 10 or 15 hours a week. Then I'd also work at the costume shop down the street from my house just for fun 10 or 15 hours a week. Then I'd also have an Etsy shop where I sell plants and seeds...and another one where I'd sell fabulous handmade clothing and accessories. Whats…

Mexican--just tell em to hold the cheese.

I'm not talking about my friends, I'm talking about what I see going on on many, many people's pages.

Probably the one in the middle is the most accurate. I would invest in a good mid-priced digital scale.

If there are any Archer Farms chips in the house I go nuts and eat the whole bag. =/

I don't know many recipes but you're welcome to friend me and see what I eat! :)

I am on 1200. I don't know how good I would be for comparing though bc some days I don't eat the greatest. And I'm vegan. Feel free to friend me if you like though!

If you're hungry and you want to eat them, eat them. If you aren't hungry and you'd rather have the boost of having burned extra calories off rather than the food, don't eat them. Thats how I do, anyway.

Thats just a myth with most fruits/veggies. I think the only one that really works is celery. I would log every fruit and veggie you eat, for sure.

working out! its the last thing you feel like doing, yet the 1 thing that'll really help!
-
papastu is right. it takes prolonged starvation to get into 'starvation mode' one day of 700-800 calories here and there won't hurt. it'll probably help!

ALWAYS buy organic tofu, so you know you aren't eating round up and genetically modified stuff. Its so good for you! Put some tumeric, nutritional yeast, 2 garlic cloves, garlic powder, onion powder, soy sauce, and soy milk in the blender. Then blend it all together. Get a casserole dish and put hash browns in the bottom.…

Cats, for sure! I have a rabbit too but he is poorly behaved so I just leave him in the cage most of the time, poor guy. Thats though...I have two of them and they are my lovely sweet children.

My Grandma has a magnet on her fridge with that "Nothing Tastes As Good As Thin Feels" saying on it. If you want to resist Cinnabon, watch this video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XXuY8rK3kTw&feature=relmfu Then after you watch this video, know that there is a 98% chance this is what happened to the chickens who laid the…

People with a small waist to hip ratio do have higher risks for heart problems and stuff like that. I tend to gain weight in my waist so there's only like a 9 inch difference instead of ten. BUT when you're measuring, make sure you're measuring the right places. You should measure the tiniest part of your waist which is…

I'm not a raw foodist but I am vegan (which is why we're friends heheh) and I am currently trying to incorporate more fresh, raw, and unprocessed foods into my diet lately. Today, what have I had raw....lettuce, spinach, tomatoes, and sprouts. I think thats about it for today. =/ I recently purchased a food processor so I…

Green tea is amazing! Drink is unsweetened so you aren't getting unheatlhy stuff from fake sweetners or calories from real sugar. And ONLY drink it when you've been eating regularly through out the day; sometimes when I've drank it after only eating very little food that day or not having eaten for several hours, it made…
