Avocadoes are considered a superfood, they are very healthy for you. Its not the bad kind of fat thats in them.

Try adding in dried fruit and sandwiches. I think those are probably my highest calorie things.

I'm a size 10 according to standard American size charts and even that isn't accurate. I only wear a size 6-8 the sizes just get bigger and bigger.

Just eat as much as you want and then stop. If you're under your calorie goal it is ok. Just don't overstuff yourself when you don't want the extra food. Thats teaching your body to eat like you're fat.

I would say never go over 1700. But eat 1500-1700 when you feel like it because you can still lose a lot of weight on a decent amount of calories since you are in a higher weight range right now.

Only if: 1. You burned a LOT of calories, and even then I would say try to keep it a small meal and not eat quite ALL of them back. 2. Only if you are really really hungry. If you feel satisfied on the before exercise calorie amount, don't incease your food--just enjoy the extra weight loss you will get.

I agree with you 100%. Especially when people use every movement they make throughout the day to count as 'exercise'. Making a sandwich 100 calories! Watching tv, 50 calories! Walking from the car to the store! 500 calories! Life isn't a video game.

Just a little dip in blood sugar, its really common. Just make sure you bring a banana or an apple with you anytime you start feeling a little light headed, that should solve your problem.

I think it is a bad idea to plan a free day. I mean, everyone has free days. The days where you eat too much and you're too hungry, and you just say, screw it. These shouldn't be planned though. I think its best not to eat your exercise calories. Just consider the exercise an extra boost to help you out rather than something you need to "make up for".

PS a little advice that I think works is even if extra calories get added onto your daily allowance because you worked out, DON'T eat them. I think it helps to just stay to the regular calorie goal instead of giving yourself those extra allowances.

I'm vegan. I rarely ever eat breakfast, just coffee. If I do, though, I will have quinoa oatmeal and throw in some blueberries. Quinoa is really high in protein and considered a superfood.

I would count Crystal Light, but not sodas (even diet) or coffee because these beverages dehydrate you.

I find I often consume twice the daily recommended of fiber! Most Americans are deficient in fiber. Its easy though--just go vegan! :)

There is nothing wrong with a person YOU perceive as skinny complaining that they are fat. They can't help it that they happen to be smaller than you. You can never know exactly the way another person feels or why they feel the way they do. So don't judge them.
