  • Couple of places to think about.. Chick fil a has a grilled sandwhich that is low cal and you can sub. fruit for fries. McDonalds has the southwest grilled chicken salad(no dressing) It's low cal and taste GREAT! Of course Subway is a good option as well.   • 30 day shred is GREAT! It's a very quick workout and you feel the pain! Try her yoga DVD as well. You wouldn't think it'd be anything good but it's amazing as well. I saw great results in my weight and over all body tone when I was doing these. I'm going to start back soon now that my shoulder is healed!
