I was the same way with people I went to high school with, but I never hung out with them out side of school, all my out side of school friends were all older.

Friday nights are my "spike nights" I am good all day at work then for dinner and the rest of the night I am "BAD TO THE BONE" lol I will go shopping just for my "spike night" I look forward to my friday nights. I am a huge water drinker, I have to have water with me to do what ever I do, maybe a little ADD about it but it does not make you lose anything, it clears your body, and maybe helps to satisfy hunger pains when you are not really hungry.
