Hi all ๐ New but not new. MFP since 2011 but hardly used app. Had VSG surgery a few months after joining. Lost 50-lbs then I starting regaining. I still get the full feeling but I have a BAD habit of grazing/snacking. Thought I'd stop trying to get in my own way by USING the app ๐ hoping that by logging my meals will stopโฆ
