  • First workout was a success. Loved it. I could probably do a bit more weights next time though. Squats- 90 lbs Row- 40 lbs Did real military pushups! No modifications needed. Woot Woot!! Then followed the workout to the T. Tonight is workout B. I'm looking forward to it.
