I have Chalean Extreme, Turbofire and 30 Day shred. They are very different. I get bored with 30DS because it's a three 20 minute workouts. Where as with CE and TF you get a lot more variety. I finished my 1st month of Burn Circuit today! So moving on to Push on Monday. I like it a lot!! Remember to go heavy. I had to buy additional weights. I use weights ranging from 5-25 pounds right now. Hoping I don't have to buy more for the Push phase.

I am a high weight low rep gal. Go heavy or go home. Why do 30 bicep curls with 5 pounds when you can do 10 bicep curls with 15 pounds and see more results. Why sit there rowing with 8 pounds in each hand all day when you can row with 20 pound in each hand and really push yourself.

I love love love Chleane Extreme. She is a fabulous trainer and while she will ask you to do pushups, it's no more than 12. I have lost 12 pounds since 1/2/12 using her program. It's great!!

I have done it and liked it, I did not bored after a while with the same workout. Now I do it occasionally when I am short on time and need a quick workout and don't want to do nothing at all. It will make you sweat in 20 min for sure
