hgipprich- we are very close! 5.9 SW- 222ish CW- 192 GW- 180 and then reassess. I like to walk and run with my husband. I added back in some weight training the past few weeks so I can tone more. Plan on upping my cardio time now that it is getting warmer outside. Friend me if you want to be accountability partners!

5'9" currently weigh 199 and wear a 16/18 pant and XL top. Odd how are sizes differ so much for people who are about the same height and weight?

I am going to give of soda as well. I have given up so much since Thanksgiving that one more thing won't hurt. I also how to give up the feeling of FAT. Looking on the positive side ;)
