I wonder what the falling out was over. I don't need to really know, but you haven't mentioned if you knocked over and broke their favorite vase or you had sex with their significant other. That can make a difference.

Um, so what is the point of being on MFP if documenting your food accurately doesn't happen? What do you even enter in the diary? The point is to do so to know if you are eating too much, too little or the wrong things. If you were just going to choose to just eat less there would be no need for an online food diary…

Bump for later. Looks good!

I am on a six week program that has me soaked 10 mins in. I can't wait to look a little cute in the gym once it is done. Love that someone can appreciate that. Must we all look scrubbed all the time while working out?? :noway: I think not.

What kind of advise is this?? You are killing yourself at this point and your body knows it is starving so it goes into salvation mode, shutting down metabolism. Hence, little to no weight loss after a short while. Might work at first but will quickly do damage to your system. If you look at pictures of the most fit women…

We aren't newbies, we are just getting back in the game! I had a similar story of being healthy and in shape, then life changed. Been at this a year and a half and I am now where I was 11 years ago. Friend request coming your way.

Saute a cup of spinach in a skillet, add half cup cooked quinoa and 2 oz cooked turkey to warm, add 1 egg and half cup egg whites, scramble. Top with salsa and Whaallaa! Less than 350 calories and protein packed. So filling and keeps you satisfied for hours. And if it sounds like a lot of work, it only takes less than 10…

Awhile ago I noticed a friend mix plain yogurt with cottage cheese, then my aunt says she grew up eating it as well, just adding fruit. I thought it sounded weird, but I tried it with pineapple and I love it!

I lost my weight because I methodically and progressively changed the majority of the foods I ate and reigned in the amount of calories I consumed. I workout to enhance that for sure, obviously, but moreover to become stronger, healthier, increase endurance, speed and agility. Cliché but true. However, the combo of heavy…

Dinner next to John Kerry and Teresa Heinz, Pamela Anderson at a bar comes to mind. I travel Go to Los Angeles often, so "famous" people are everywhere, so I can't remember every instant. I also live in an area with many pro basketball players and at least two NFL'ers as neighbors. *flicks collar* Guess it just depends on…

1. Weight loss/management is in the kitchen. Fat loss will come from eating less calories than you burn. Eating good food fuels your body and usually has lower calories so that you can eat a volume that keeps you fuller longer. That keeps you happy while eating less calories. Lower calories and eat as clean as possible as…

Popcorn! If only I could eat a nominal amount of it. Just pull me up a wheelbarrow.

damn... you guys have ruined the Lego movie for me. *sighs*

I would use a combo of Moving Furniture and Cleaning, vigorous. Remember, though, MFP overstates the caloric values, so expect that only 50-75% of it is what is more accurate. Great work though!

omg!! Cyborg, you have me crying!!

Guilty as charged. But hey, my PT was the one that taught me to pull together a few things in one area for a mini circuit. And right now I am in the middle of Shortcut to Shred from BodyBuilder.com, which has me in the weight area or on a weight machine replacing my rest periods with intense cardio, doing it with little to…

Good Question. HIITs can be a killer. I am interested in the cardio accelerationn thing though.

I am 5,10.5, I am goaled at 1450 calories per day while also trying to eat back half the calories I work off. I did a ton of research online to figure BMR, TDEE, etc. IIFYM.com has several calculators to help you figure it and explain why. I am a big advocate for heavy lifting to help burn calories all of the time with…

Um.... EAT MORE CALORIE DENSE FOODS AT VOLUMES THAT SATIATE YOU. Like everyone here keeps suggesting. They did not say more food, they said choose foods with more calories.
-
You asked for suggestions and they are good ones. What do you want people to tell you? That is how you get to 1200 calories, eating more calorie dense food at the same volume that satiates you. BOOM.
-
Absolute crap! I actually eat a ton of food and I am almost never hungry. Sometimes I have to make myself eat when I don't want to. It is about WHAT you eat. Eat cleaner and lower calorie choices at least 80% of the time. Honesty with yourself about that is the biggest hurdle I have found. It takes time to find what…

1. Warm up 5 min at normal walk, I Incline at highest setting (my gym it's 30%), start walking at 1mph, increasing .2 miles per hour each minute thereafter, up to 2.8 or 3mph. No holding on to the bars. Never hold on. Then go in reverse each minute reducing speed at 1 min intervals. Finish with a 5 min cool down. Some days…

Broiled salmon, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli and corn on the cob. No pic yet as it is still cooking. Eat up, everyone!

If they aren't creepy, why not. Isn't that why we are all here??

1. Only do things that you know you can continue for the rest of your life (or a really, really long time) 2. Eat clean. Start researching cleaning eating and start to add in the easiest things first, then keep adding in, or subtracting out, more as you go along. Don't do anything radical, that usually backfires. Slow and…

Ok. Cool. I will keep it then. I can always use a little more bounce.

Then what is the purpose of sleeves or knee support if not to relieve knee pain during exercise? I am going to revisit my form, just curious how a sleeve helps and if I should still use it. ???
-
Video is a good idea. I am usually solo though. :ohwell: I on lower weight I am positive of dropping and driving thru my butt, not so much with the heavier weigh, so that's where I get the idea it's my knee as the problem.. Need a spotter I suppose.

really? nothing?
