Are you understanding that the 'Agreed' amount of calories is to lose weight safely and successfully? If you change that to a much lower amount through exercise your body may work against you by burning muscle and slowing down your metabolism. So, trust the process and eat those calories. Just make the calories good…

I am 5'10 and have been eating more, but cleaner 80% of the time, Kickin butt at the gym, 3-4 days of strength training/lifting and 4-5 days of cardio, mostly HIITs. Was semi active for last couple of years, but got serious in Feb with diet and exercise in March. SW 237 CW 195 GW 160-165 I will see how I look when I get…

Right?! Outside of her complicated pregnancy Kim was a size 2-4. Sooo enormous!... not.

Seriously. That's what you came up with. You should head on over to "Hot or Not" and delete your account at MFP. Many people here are "fat" and working to better themselves. Your choice in words (and obviously your thought pattern) is profoundly ignorant.

Exactly. I am over 5'10 and lost 42lbs and only seem to have dropped from a 14/16 to a 12/14. Crazy and a little depressing, but I always have carried it proportionally, so I have that in my favor.

Me too! I want to lose another 30lbs. Or maybe 40?? I want to get to 165 to see where I stand then decide on the rest. Love to do it with a similar group. I am sticking with the cleaner side of eating which helped me lose the first 40lbs and continuing the strength training I have been ramping up on since the spring. Add…

I asked a similar question earlier regarding calipers. Nobody answered. ??? Or nobody has ever used them, which I doubt.
-
Really?? No one has ever used their own calipers?

Please friend me! I just started gaining friends in the last month or so, was solo before that for 2 years. These guys seem awesome and make me wish I had friends before that.

Yes! Eat more until you hit a minimum of 1200 after deducting exercise calories. Always go with the net calories.

This thread made my day.. LmAO!!

I admire you for stating your issues, and although 7 week is plenty to lose 10-15lbs, do look beyond your birthday, otherwise you may fall back into old habits once you get there. Also, when lifting you might find only slight changes in weight as fat and muscle balance out. I only say that in case you think you aren't…

I had a breast reduction a few years ago and during the follow up I explained to the Dr. my weight loss intentions. He told me to limit my weight loss to avoid loose skin and deflating his work. LOL. He told me if I lost the weight I wanted to I should come back and see him for a tummy tuck. It actually made me scared to…

I also heard around my gym about the sports tape that athletes use. They say it works great for support.

I was just complaining to my trainer that I lost 3 inches at my waist, but only 2 at my hips and 1 on my thighs. Frustrating!! But still good. We are lunging and squatting,(and way more) on the way to better shaped legs. I'm 5'10 and lost over 30lbs. I carry it all in my hips, butt and thighs.

Just added you!

Not water weight? 4lbs. No sugars, low carb and no alcohol. :glasses: But on average 2 to 3lbs per week since I got serious in March.
-
I will add you too!

I have been on here awhile. Log daily too. I'll add you!
