I am in the same position, plateaued and can't get going. I feel like I am only eating about 1400 cals but have actually gained 3 lbs in the last month. Not sure what to do-

Are you doing strength training? Although this doesn't burn as many calories it helps your metabolism

If you eat a lot of protein you can eat more and feel fuller, longer

I am the same height and don't think 158 is as bad as all that. How many calories are you aiming for? I lost 25 pounds in 2 months eating 1200. It wasn't too hard but since October I have been stuck. What is your goal weight?

Kind of discouraged, I went 600 cals over last night. Once I had that frozen yogurt I couldn't stop. After 8 weeks it is getting harder to stay on track. Give me some tips :frown:

I am 5'3" and currently 187 lbs. My goal is 135 which is what I weighed when I got married 23 years ago. In my adult life I have never been thinner and I felt good.

This challenge sounds perfect for me! My son just went to college and I won't see him until December 14th. Won't it be a nice surprise if his mom looks so much better? Fall is a great time to start because weather is perfect for being outside (away from the fridge) and having fun. Let's go people!:smile:
