Its amazing and its fun and easy

This is two cute, I have lost an average two year old. Something very wrong about that statement, but it felt good to laugh!

I don't think negatively, i just think of calorie counts, i would never be mean to another person, i was that person. i would prefer to lead by example, being mean never got my attention in a positive light. :)

This is to funny! I think i am a calorie Nazi! Everything relates to calories! I never knock anyone for itbut i think it. :)

I have lost almost 30 pounds and the thing i notice the most! I find myself looking in the mirror, for too many years i avoided the mirror, now i find myself looking! And seeing results!
