  • Wow Kelly what an accomplishment you have done what I can only dream of doing so far! How and what did you do? How do you find the time to exercise and when do you prepare your meals? Most people say prepare at night, before bed and the next day you have one less thing to worry about! That's my next move.... Wish me luck!!

  • Hello everyone just joined mfp trying to stay focused.so far I have lost seven pounds, but just as soon as I lost the 7lbsI got a little to excited and gained it all back!!! I need HELP! i AM NOT GOING TO GIVE UP !! I have faith, with the help of mfp I will meet my goal of becoming fit and healthy!!!!
