I totally agree about the sadness in the before pics. Mine are the same way. I had this sadness deep inside. Now I am all smiles!! Congrats on your weight loss, you look absolutely amazing!

It wasn't hard to cut down because I physically couldn't eat very much. The hardest part was getting in enough calories and protein. For the first month, I was only able to eat about 300 calories a day even though I was supposed to eat 1000. Now I get in between 800-1000/day. The full feeling is something you don't really…

Hi there. I also have MS. I was diagnosed 6 years ago. It has been a challenge, but something I am learning to manage and deal with. Movement it the best thing for me! I definitely notice on days I don't get up and move. Good luck to you and I am always here if you have questions or just need some moral support!

I am not a runner, but I have the strong desire to be one and will be starting a running program. I want to feel the endorphin rush that all runners talk about. I want to have a better stress reliever and comfort other than food, and I am hoping I will find it in running. Going to start out slow, but here I go!
