I'm totally fine going dutch/paying for both of us on later dates (and I do this in my current relationship) BUT when a guy asks you out for the first time, I find it MUCH more impressive/thoughtful when he pays. If I were to ask someone out for the first time, I'd assume I'm the one paying.

I'll echo everyone else who has been saying squats and lunges! I've been trying to build up my booty (like, putting in actual, regular effort) for only a few months and I can already see that my butt is bigger and rounder! I love it!

Not QUITE chips, but I found that dipping mushrooms and sliced bell peppers in hummus gives the same sort of satisfaction as munching on some potato chips :)

Honestly, I'd think about trying the 30 Day Shred because I notice a difference in my body quite quickly when I do it :) Exercise is key, because even if you aren't losing a bunch of weight, you'll look/feel "tighter" and it'll make it easier for you to let go and enjoy the (beautiful, BEAUTIFUL) beach.
