Coffee, milk, butter, eggs, greek yogurt, cottage cheese, other cheese, canned tuna and frozen fish, chicken/pork/beef, chickpeas, black beans, sweet potatoes, clif builder bars, various produce. I try to make bread and protein muffins on the weekends to keep my freezer stocked.

(And to add some actual anecdotal information, I also lose quite happily at around 1700. I'm doing a more aggressive cut right now because I'm coming off a badly-planned bulk, but will be going back to 1700 in a few weeks. 5'2" and 29 with a moderately sedentary job)

I have a drawer full of beef jerky, which sounds like it should be a double entendre. Mostly though I just drink coffee and water until I get home from work. I do best with a rough IF model of eating.

I have coffee for breakfast. I have iced coffee with milk for lunch. Meal timing is pretty irrelevant and should depend on personal preference.

Yess, pull-ups... I swear I managed three last week, but I haven't been able to since, so maybe it was a fluke. And I really want to be able to do a headstand push-up, so if you can lift your body with your hands, you are certifiably awesome.

Ok, ok, for everyone who wanted a pony, is this an acceptable substitute? I am loving hearing what everyone does for training. I should clarify that I do lift currently, and have for about 18 months. I started with SL 5x5, but right now I'm doing a 4x week upper/lower split.
