  • I've done 3 5Ks and now I am doing the C210K program. All I can say is I made a few mistakes the first time. With all the excitement I took off running too fast. It wiped me out and I was dragging the rest of the race. The 2nd time I took two walking breaks and it was better. The last one...I ran 1 mile and walked 1…
  • Wow...same with me. Been following the new WW plan since Jan and in 5 mths I lost nothing...I did gain though! UGH! My friend told me about MFP and I do love it. It makes sense to me and I do feel more support here then I did on the WW boards. Welcome and feel free to add me as a friend if you wish!
  • Wow...these sound really good! Makes me want to get myself a bowl of cereal for dinner!
  • Oh My God! I think that's worse than my grandmother's used mu mu's!
  • I think the most insensitive gift came from my grandmother. She was always quick to insult you...you have such a pretty face too bad your so heavy! When I was 17 and 20 lbs heavier then I am now...my grandmother was cleaning out her closet and offered me her mu mu's and some of her old torpedo bras! Seriously?!? Oh...by…
  • I have found that a lot of men when they don't want their gfs or wives to lose weight it is because they are insecure themselves. My DH is always 'teasing' me that I am going to run off and meet someone at the gym who's fit and younger than he is. Although he jokes about it I truly think he's insecure and maybe a little…
  • I second that...I love a good bargain, but what I won't do is go cheap on my running sneakers. I did that before and I paid dearly for it. A good pair of running sneakers definitely makes up for all the knee pain and shin splints in the world!!!
  • My husband is also an enabler! He tells me though that I'm perfect, that I don't need to lose weight...he thinks I'm fine the way I am. He's also the one who tells me that 'perhaps my body is comfortable at this weight'. I'm not the one who's happy. Oh, then it starts that his opinion doesn't matter then... But he sits…
  • Feel free to add me as well...
  • Also really awesome if you spray it with EVOO in a spritzer (brush it on), add some seasoning and tear into pieces. Bake at 400-425 until really crispy. You can either tear it before or break it apart when done. Great with Black bean dip, salsa, brushcetta, humus...etc.
  • I made a BBQ chicken pizza with mine. 1 Flatout Light Italian Herb Wrap 1-2 TBS Honey BBQ sauce (brush on) Shredded Rotisserie chicken (leftover from dinner) - about 2 oz, drizzle remaining BBQ sauce on chicken 1/4 cup shredded reduced fat 4 cheese Italian 2 med scallions (cut up) Bake at 400 for approx 6 - 8 min or until…
  • OMG! I'm so excited to try this! I'm making this for Memorial Day! Whoo Hoo! That with some corn on the cob...YUM!
  • I lost over a cup so far...
  • Thanks! I'm really excited...this is the change I need!
  • Hi I'm new too! I am already loving this app! I was on WWs and was staying within my "point" and following the program exactly and couldn't understand why I kept gaining...until this app! Out of curiosity I plugged in a whole week's worth of food log and I was eating between 1700-2000 calories per day!!! Wow...talk about…
