For Breakfast Boiled Eggs just eat the egg whites and toast-high in protein and it will fill you up. Also oatmeal will fill you with good fiber and it also contains protein. Salads or good healthy and cheap. Make chicken soup using a whole chicken put in a crock pot add water bouillion and veggies it is delicious…

I never eat all of my extra calories, if I have eatin my daily goal not including exercise I will eat a few but not all.

Hi Dreambigjen, I'm with you girl...I started in July and also wanted to lose 100lbs current about 20 lbs down...so 80lbs to go. Much success in you efforts.:wink:

Welcome Redwolfe, I can relate with you, I use to work the night shift, and it was brutal on me. That is where I began my upward weight climb. However at the time I wasn't interested in watching my weight, so that resulted in my mindless weight gain. I apauld you in choosing to make a conscience effort in getting control.…
