I'm 5'8 and my weight goal is 170/175. That is actually the weight I was in HS and I was THIN!!!! If I went any lower, I'd look sick! I have always carried my weight very well. Most people are shocked when they hear my current weight is 227! I too would like to add women with similar goals :)))

My husband could care less what I weighed. I have told him the actual number and he does not even flinch! LOL. This weight loss journey is purely for me because I truly believe that if I didn't lose an ounce, he'd have no problem with it!

Usually if it is good, then it is "junk food". But Girl, they are only 170 calories.... so why not? One a day or every other day will not hurt you.

Really? I am so scared to do this. Doe this mean to eat more calories period. Or net. Like if I work out, does this mean to eat more because I worked out or just eat my allotted daily amount????

Great job! I would like to know more about the more weights and less cardio as well... I do NOT see changes in my weight and this can be very frustrating.
