Hi! I concur. I was training for a 1/2 Marathon last year (before I got pregnant) and my trainer always made me put the incline to AT LEAST 2% You definitely feel the difference but I think it helps a lot. Also, training on a treadmill in the winter should not really affect your pace/endurance, etc. Depending on your…
