if you bmi is 30% it has nothing to do with the actual weight loss. you can be 120 and still have a high bmi. You have to incorporate more toning exercises to get a higher muscle mass. i wish that i could loose 1 pound my first week! i weighed myself this morning and it said i gained 3 pounds with diet and exercise! im not really sure what i am doing wrong but it definitely is ruining my mood:(
