  • I'm restarting today. I had a lot of success with MFP in the past. I think I lost 30lbs. Hoping to go beyond that this time. We can all be successful, just take it a day at a time, one meal at a time. Try not to make any exceptions, but don't beat yourself up if you do, and stay the course.
