I run for at least one hour on treadmill and pool exercise(mostly for arms) for at least one hour.I do both 5-6 days a week

I normally don't buy specifically organic, but if the cost is close enough I buy a few things. I grow my own veggies in the garden and do not buy packaged goods. I make all my meals from scratch.

1200 calories is a minimum for a safe healthy weight loss. You may be starving yourself which will prevent weight loss and be detrimental to your body and not a long term plan. I lost all my weight on a min of 1200 cals plus exercise.

As long as u feel OK without shin splints or knee pain, I think you can keep going. I just started running in Jan and I run 6 days a week at 6 MPH for 5-7 miles. I did overdo a couple of times and got sore toes and shin splints. Your body usually tells you when its too much.

Good luck to you. I started on the treadmill over a year ago and that is how I lost most of my weight(along with diet of course). Never dreamed I would be able to run. In Jan I started to run using an interval approach similiar to C25K and now I am running 5-7 miles on a daily basis.
