The amount and variety of fruits and veggies that I always have available. Cutting board in a functional place. I have waaay more herbs and spices to experiment with. Food Scale and measuring cups/spoons. More healthy recipes.

Getting it in whenever you can. I used to exercise at night, but it made it awful hard for me to have good restful sleep. And that is UBER important to me, so now I wake up at 6 am to do it. During the school year, I get up at 5.

I hear the same thing. I'm nearly 5'10 and 165 is my goal weight as well. People tell me all the time that its too skinny and that I will look FUNNY at that size. I'll see as I approach it. Maybe they are right, maybe they are not. The only way to KNOW is to try it. Thats STILL my aim until "I" CHOOSE otherwise.
