I really need to make the pizza! The shrimp was just so exciting and new! I got really sick of shrimp on another diet I tried, then got some not so great tasting shrimp so it had been awhile since I had them. I also just saw a recipe for turnip fries that you bake... those are going on the grocery list!

I agree with everyone, add some more calories. But also, have you been measuring yourself? Measurements are a sure sign your on the right track when the scale does move, inches lost are amazing!

I believe Medifast also has some Soy Free alternatives! If you don't want to stop doing the Medifast. But, You have to do what feels best for you =0)

Hi there! I have been using sparkpeople but I am on here now too! I love medifast, I was on it in September and October, lost 28 lbs so far, and just restarted again to lose the rest. I can't wait!

I have heard of this happening, I was told to take Biotin, but I also take CLA and L-Carnitate and flaxseed. But to help with the hairloss I heard Biotin is key. Best of luck to you!
