That's cool! I live in the UK, so it's nearly 5 pm here, and I'm going to go for a 30 minute walk/jog in a while. Then it's time for dinner! Today has been good, and I have already tracked my dinner, I am 90 or so calories under target, making up for the slip up I had yesterday! How's today treating you?

Hi there! I am also 5 foot 7, and weigh in at 155 lbs. By mid October time, I want to be in the low 140's, but losing healthily. Hopefully we can do this thing together, and achieve our goals :). How old are you? I'm 18, and really want to get this ball rolling. Hope today went well for you! x
