I know I would probably get better results if I cleaned up my eating a bit though and pushed myself a wee bit harder in some of the moves.…

  • I normally warm up for 5-10 minutes beforehand and then stretch for 10 afterward:) The workouts do get longer. Even in stage 1 when you start doing 3 sets it started taking me longer!

  • I subscribe to emeals, their paleo plan is really good:) I ditto the suggestion about meal 1,2 & 3. Want salmon or steak for your first meal? Go for it! Hang in there. I think we all struggle from time to time.
  • I only have 3 more lifting days of Stage 2! This stage flew by! NEXT week I'll be on to Stage 3! Yikes! Overall, I'm loving this stage. Workout B is my favorite. I'm def not seeing the gains I did in Stage 1 but that's ok....I still feel like I'm getting stronger!
