I've been eating Primal for roughly 6 months now. I completed a Whole30 in Aug as well. I enjoy eating this way and have no reason to go back. I am however having a hard having time being 100%. Carb flu?
I'm 3 weeks in....the first two I felt AMAZING! Two days ago though I started feeling like crap. Tired, not very much energy and a massive headache. Could this be the dreaded carb flu? Anyone else go through this? How long does it last? This sucks! Haha!

Fat and Cholesterol
I'm sure this has been asked a thousand times so I'm sorry for the repeat.... Do we really not need to worry about fat and cholesterol? I'm usually WAY over on both but no higher than 79g of Carbs on a typical day. Can someone explain this to me in laymans terms, please? :)

Two full weeks off...
I've had to take 2 full weeks off from lifting due to illness. I was just at the halfway mark of phase one... Do you think I should start over or just continue where I left off? I don't feel as though I've lost any strength since I lifted last... Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks:)

Once again I really didn't want to do it. Mainly b/c I'm grumpy and my kids were bugging me (why can't they entertain themselves for 20 stinking minutes?!). But, I rocked it out anyway. Feeling better and better about level two as the days go by. Excited for Level 3 and to be 2/3 of the way through!
