I love me some chocolate! My old go to was dark chocolate Hershey kisses but I'm guessing that's not very primal! Haha. The other day I bought some 90% cocao dark chocolate and it was SO yuck. I'm guessing I got too high of a cocao count? Idk...it was funny seeing the faces on my girls when I gave them some! Hahahaha. I did buy some 'Enjoy Life' chocolate chips that are really good though. Anyway, any other suggestions would be great!

I use Trader joe 72% dark bars to get my chocolate fix - 3 squares are perfect...also their dark chocolate raisins I will throw about 6-8 fo those in with my nuts on occassion for a quick sweet treat on occassion

I wouldnt' get to hung up on the primal or not if it is a once in a while treat.

When I'm wanting some chocolate, or something sweet, I have some dark chocolate flavor/Cocoa Roast Almonds and totally think I'm having a candy bar!! <3 them! (probably a bit too much!)

    Thanks!!

Yea, I guess I shouldn't worry if it's primal or not since chocolate really isn't at all, right? Haha.

Dark chocolate in high percentages is primal, but you sort of have to work your way up! I wasn't able to start at 90%, that's for sure! I started with 65% and have worked myself up to 85% and can actually enjoy it now.
