Two full weeks off...

I've had to take 2 full weeks off from lifting due to illness. I was just at the halfway mark of phase one...

Do you think I should start over or just continue where I left off? I don't feel as though I've lost any strength since I lifted last...

Any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks:)

    I too just had 2 weeks off near the start of stage 2. Although 7 days of that was skiing so i kept moving :wink:

    I would keep going if i were you. I found it hard going to get back into it, but you could always do a bit extra at the end of stage 1 if you feel the need. I wouldn't go back to the very beginning, those 15 rep sets are too long in my opinion!
