ATT~ 800 - 1000 cals a day? Now how did you handle the excersize calorie aspect? Were you eating some or all of those back or sticking to those calories AND burning high amounts working out?

Oh goodness. I love tea! Anything Celestial Seasonings (made right here in Colorado)! I prefer their Lemon Zinger with splenda and a squeeze of Lemon. COLD peppermint tea with splenda is my ultimate favorite!

You need to eat way more... I think Ive discovered that my body will even allow me to eat up to maintanance calories and still lose a pound a week... the more you work out, the more you can eat. I also zig zag calories...

Thats where the heart rate comes into play. My heart rate goes up when Im hitting hard resistence and down when I back off on the resistence. Honestly, I wouldnt question it. Go with it. Your body is gonna do what its gonna do. Mine does something similar. I dont see a loss for weeks and then BAM! Im blindsided with a 3-6 lb loss over a few days. It sounds like you are doing exactly what you should be doing! Keep up the good work girl!

I just bought "cinnamon raison cookie" scented hand wash at Bath and Body Works. OMG!!! Go get yourselves some immediately! It smells just like fresh baked cookies! Enough to make your mouth water!

anything that tastes of or is related to shrimp, lobster or fishy tasting anything. I will however, eat Poke when Im back home in Hawaii. Fresh ahi and ono are amazing. But, if it tastes fishy whatsoever, it makes me feel all icky.

green coffee is still processed (all coffee cherry must be processed to become bean), but I believe its different than your typical dry process (the oldest and longest used form )(and best IMO) for processing cherry.

Did you count the Olive Oil in your calories? Its not listed as an ingredient and probably has more calories than anything on your list of ingredients.

1700 - 1800 depending on how many calories I worked off. I DONT freak out if I go OVER by 100-300 either. Why? you ask... because Im set to lose 2lbs a week and have about a 500 calorie wiggle area.

oh, and btw. I found that my polar was compatable with my elliptical so they actually communicate! make sure you get a hrm with a chest strap, i think they are the most accurate!
