I have a Keurig but you DO NOT have to buy KCups for it - You can purchase a reusable KCup filter that works perfectly. I was never fond of the choices of coffee available in KCups so I bought the filter so I can drink what I like. Currently on a coffee binge of Hawaiian Hazelnut from Sprouts :)

Not defending scenario 1 in any way, but there are several people in my life that were absolutely shocked when I told them what I actually weigh. Either these people would not do very well judging the weight of the fat man at the carnival or we carry our weight very well. I would take it as an inadvertent compliment :)

Im a big fan of Pork Arm roast (also known as pork butt) in the crock pot. Salt and pepper thoroughly, cook at least 8 hours on low. No need to add any liquid. I prefer Nestle Splash waters - they come in lemon, orange and acai grape. They don't even taste artificial. Otherwise I drink water and chilled spearmint tea with a little splenda.

You can also cook an acorn squash whole in the microwave - just like a potato. Prick the skin a few times with a fork and microwave 4-6 min depending on size and softness desired.

Cut acorn squash in half, remove seeds. Fill with cubes jack cheese and cover with slices of bacon. Bake at 375 for about an hour or until bacon is browning and crispy. Best. Acorn. Squash. Ever.

I satiate my need for sweets by enjoying a bowl of cereal and milk. When learning about the calories I had been consuming, I decided that a big bowl of cereal and milk was far more satiating than 2 oreos (or insert any calorie dense sweet here). My go to? Berry Berry Kix with full fat milk, yum!
