Thank you! And it has taken me three years. For tips I would have to say find a routine that works for you. Find a type of exercise that you love and workout regularly, and the most important thing is diet. You can't out train a bad diet. Tracking what you eat might sound like a pain, but it will help you reach your goal.3 -

Hi Everyone,
My name is Jackie, and I have now lost 171lbs! And I have gained my life back, plus a new love for weight lifting and Crossfit! Deciding to get healthy was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. I lost the weight with clean eating (and I use MyFitnessPal for tracking), and exercise!
Thank you for sharing your story. This is incredible. I have started back again Jan. 1, 2017 with Clean eating and tracking my meals in MFP. I've lost a bit of weight. I'm thinking if I'm going to get from 255 to 170 lbs., I need to incorporate exercise into the equation. I know I would feel better if I lost all this extra baggage. This time, I really need to get it. I've been consistent this time around for tracking every day,so that's progress already. Keep up your great work.1 -

VERY inspiring!! Your fitness level is astounding. I wish I had started weightlifting when I was losing; I put it off and have loose skin with a 65-lb loss. Wow!
