Last meal : 8oz Lean Filet Mignon, seared and blackened, RARE with a small baked potato and asparagus. I have this at least once a week, as a matter of fact I had it with organic mac and cheese for dinner last night!

I went to that website and calculated mine. Heres my dirty stuff: Female 5'7" 233 33 Years old (In November) It calculates my BMR at 1828.35 I then did as suggested to figure my true daily expenditure using the Harris Benedict Equation, and the results of that based on a Sedentary lifestyle ( I work out, but dont figure…

I have a bowl of cocoa puffs with 1/2 cup 2% milk. 150 calories and you get a shot of chocolate milk at the end. My guilty pleasure.

My boyfriend sautees them with Turkey Kielbasa and onions and adds his favorite spaghetti sauce. Its delicious and decent on the calories!

I go over in protein all the time. As long as you are under your calories this wouldnt be a problem. If anything, you dont want to go over in Carbs or Fat. Otherwise, Protein away!

Im thinking someone is confused. Ive never in my life heard of a person trying to eat low protein.

After much research on Heart Rate Monitors before I bought mine, it sounded as if reliability was a very big problem! I opted to spend a lil extra on a Polar F7 after many rave reviews here and online. What kind of monitor are you using?

As far as cheese goes: Hard cheeses, cheddar, swiss, provolone, mozzerella, etc are not overly processed, aside from the process of making cheese from dairy, which essentially is a pretty "natural" process. Velveeta and American Cheese, Cheese Whiz, cheese in a jar, nacho cheese etc... These are what you are avoiding. They…

I sit at a desk all day, but manage to get a 60 minute work out every day. "Health" foods may be a little more expensive if you are shopping at Whole Foods, but making better choices didnt cost me a dime extra. Ive replaced fattening pastas and calorie laden desserts with non processed meats, fruits, veggies, whole grain…

I dont restrict my desserts (actually, I dont restrict anything). I try to make better choices than I would have before but I definately dont restrict myself. I just make sure I only eat a portion ( or 1/2 or 1/3 depending on who Im sharing with) and make sure to track it on MFP.
-
My back pain has completely gone. I havent lost enough weight for that to be the reason. I think mostly its because I get up early now and work out, rather than laying in bed for that extra hour that I normally would have. I was a lazy *kitten* before I started MFP!

I have 100 to lose. Would be glad to have the support if youd like to add me as a friend!

Only thing I can tell you is protein makes you feel fuller, longer. If you feel your protein is low, you should up it but still try to remain low fat.

Thanks!

Doesnt MFP calculate that when you track your exercise? I have an office job so Im set to sedentry, but I work out 7 days a week for at least 30 min, starting to hit 40. I track every minute on MFP. Just because Im exercising doesnt mean my job and daytime activity isnt sedentry, right?

Even better than Cream of Wheat is CHOCOLATE MALTO MEAL! Im just sayin...
-
Now, when you were eating 1700 - 1900 a day (I assume you mean when you started) was this your regular calories as well as your exercise calories combined? I believe I remember you saying that you eat your exercise back mostly. So is that what this was? A gradual increase of calories as you reached your goal weight, or,…
