When I go to the gym I am basically wearing what i slept in the night before. Sweats and a tank. I'm only going to wear the clothes for an hour while I sweat, why put on something clean and pretty?

I shower at the gym! I take my baby to the on-site daycare, so really it's the only time I could possibly shower in complete peace. I love it! I'd pay the price of my gym membership just to have someone watch my kid while I shower!

I love this topic. I'm also breastfeeding a 9 month old! Well, exclusively pumping. I eat my exercise calories, but do not account for the produced milk. I wonder if I'm doing it right.

I like to eat a few slices of deli turkey. I'm always hungry after a workout and I find high protein low cal turkey to be perfect. It's filling and long lasting.

I use the YMCA. Our family membership is $65 a month. That covers me and my husband, as well as our baby and if we had 1 more child that would be covered as well. There was a sign-up fee of $59. The best part is that they have free daycare for my baby while I exercise! It's the only way I could do it. She likes it so much…

If you're concerned about the fat in the creamer, try switching to fat free Coffeemate. It's pretty tasty, and has less calories than creamer.

I love this. Weight loss really is about calories in vs. calories out. If you ate just 1000 calories a day of butter you'd lose weight. You may still have a heart attack, though. Enjoy things like fast food and candy, as long as you fit them into your calorie count.
