It is generally found in the freezer section of the grocery store. I love their 7 grain bread, but it has been ages since I had any. Keeping it in the freezer works best! I've never had trouble taking out a slice at a time.

You really can't gain 4 pounds in one week, so it's just water from returning to exercise and possibly sodium/time of day you weighed. If your measurements have gone down, you are definitely losing. You are accomplishing what you are working for. You can do this!

It's easy enough to make 2-3 veggies as side dishes, and he can choose to try some or not. You can eat more veggies and less of the main dish and other sides, and both will get what you want.

Yes, it can happen! I had multiple cesareans plus a couple of other abdominal surgeries in my 20s and had a flat stomach all through my 30s. I'm working to get that back now, and even though I'm closing in on 50, I think I can do it. I definitely have the pouch again, but there is FAT in there - I'll work the fat off.
