The biggest discrepency I found is the elliptical. When I show 450ish here, I just count my burn off at 250. For the bike I count also 250 calories burned for a 30 min. A difference, but you know, coming here, logging in your food, logging in your exercise and the friends you have here make the difference for me!

I've been a vegeterian for over 6 years and my friends who aren't are always winning that I don't get enough protein. Ha! I am usually over on my protein and eat more protein than they do. Question.........I don't totally agree with the exercise counts here....for instance, My elliptical count here is over 472, I think....but I only count 250 on my at home written diet journal. Which do I submit to the Rowin Challenge? Thanks...........

I think the big problem with salt/sodium is we have too much of it. I was a totaly salt-aholic, and now I have very limited amounts of sea salt, a better choice, in my opinion.
